Slot Machine Tips
Fat Tony's slot machine tips are not taken from a book, web site or official
source. These are my own personally crafted tips to you, based on my own
experience with years of slot machine and other game gambling. A lot of
things some gamblers may take for granted or not be aware of so, let this
serve only as a guide and not an official document of any sort whatsoever.
With that disclaimer out of the way, it's on to the tips:
- When a casino celebrates the payback percentages of its slot machines,
it's most likely that they are speaking only of a select few of their
machines that are actually paying the advertised high percentage back
- Slot machines in casinos across the USA typical payback between 80%
and 98% of the money put into them
- In Vegas itself though, there is much more competition for slot machine
players so the payback percentage is usually in the region of 94-98%
- Play at slot machines in airports, local restaurants and bars and
you're simply giving away your money. Some say the payout percentages
on these machines can be as low as 40% (i.e. 40 cent return on every
dollar bet)
- Try to play as much as possible using maximum coins because you stand
to increase any actual and proportional wins that you may have vs. if
you bet single coins each time
- The slot machines by the door wont necessarily payout as much as you've
heard that they will
- Track your losses and stick within your budget
- The best of my slot machine tips is that you should stay away from
any slot promotion that sounds too good to be true. Chances are, it
is!
- Try not to play 2 or 3 machines at the same time. You might turn around
and find your purse or some other personal item missing
